I am already receiving prenatal care with my OB physician. Do I continue care with my existing OB physician?

Yes, you should ABSOLUTELY continue going to your prenatal visits with your OB. This coaching program is an adjunct to routine prenatal care. While I'm still a practicing OB/GYN, this program is designed to allow me to serve clients as a Pregnancy Coach, and not a medical provider. One of my biggest passions in life is making a difference in someone else's life so being a pregnancy coach allows me an extra way to provide that.

Does everyone follow the same meal plans?

No. This program differs from the type of meal plan you might receive from working directly with a dietician or nutritionist because I am not certified in either of those specialties. The goal of this program is to coach you towards defining your food preferences and steer you toward the food choices that are healthiest and provide the most direct benefit to your pregnancy and for the fetus. If you are in need of specific meal recommendations based upon your medical condition, I would be happy to assist you with finding a suitable dietician or nutritionist for that additional service.

Can my partner join the coaching sessions and/or cooking sessions?

Partners are welcome, but not required, to join the coaching and cooking sessions. It is completely up to you, whichever works best for nurturing the transformation.

I'm a vegan. Does this program apply to vegans?

Yes, this program is suitable to most all different types of diets: vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, whole food plant based, flexitarian, etc.

What if I need additional support after the 8 week program ends?
